Coach led interval training sessions aimed at developing speed, endurance and hill running.
Road running training. Club members meet at the school and head out on two predetermined routes. The short route of approx 8k and a long about 10k. 8 pace groups covering paces ranging from 4:40 min/km to 7:00 min/km are catered for.
